A room block for conference guests has been secured with the Crossroads Hotel, Kansas City, MO at a discounted rate of $249.00 per night (quoted room rate does not include applicable taxes, fee’s or assessments). The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before the cutoff date, March 18, 2024. Any reservations made after the cutoff date shall be at the hotel’s current available rate. Reservations can be made online.
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is located 19 miles northwest of downtown Kansas City. MCI offers: 11 airlines, more than 50 nonstop destinations and 400-plus daily flights. Within a 3-hour flight from either coast.
Transportation from the airport to the conference venue is the responsibility of attendees. Convenient options like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible in Kansas City for your transportation needs.
